In addition, your ticket also includes access to a variety of recreational activities such as walk-in camping, beach access perfect for swimming, stand-up paddle boards, water slide, inner tube slide, and beach volleyball are all included in your ticket. For those who love the outdoors, there are hiking trails to explore and access to over 82 acres of the stunning Tico Time Riverside Resort. REFUND POLICY: All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. In the case of a cancellation, all tickets will be valid on the rescheduled date. Refunds will be issued if a rescheduled date does not occur within 365 days.

I purchased tickets through a 3rd party, a friend, or someone on Facebook. How do I know they are valid passes?

We can only guarantee ticket validity for purchases made through our official ticketing vendor via our website. DO NOT purchase through any 3rd party. There are many automated and peer-to-peer scams claiming to sell tickets below costs. These are fake and will not be honored.

Ticket Types Explained In Detail:

Single Entry With Car Camping- This ticket includes access to the festival grounds to experience all of the music on the main stage. You will also be able to camp in the car camping area or the magic forest walk-in camping area located behind the main stage on the opposite side of the river from the main camping areas.

Singe Entry (No Camping)- This option only grants you access to the music. Once the final band is done performing, you will be asked to leave Tico Time for the night. You do, though, get to show up as early as you would like to Saturday, July 13th, and enjoy all of the amenities Time Time has to offer!

This is subject to change, but music will begin around 5pm and go until 11pm.

• All attendees and participants must sign the Tico Time waiver.

Fri, Sat, and Sun the Box Office will be open 9 AM – 8 PM daily.

Thursday the box office will be open from 3 pm to 9 pm.

This is July in the Southwest so really any type of weather is on the table. Typically, it is very warm during the day with temperatures reaching the mid to high 90’s. At night the temps can be as cold as the high 40’s low 50’s so bring some warm-ish cloths!

Also please prepare for rain. If everyone brings full rain gear like jackets, tarps, waterproof boots, etc., then hopefully, this will be enough to appease the rain gods, and we will have nothing but clear skies!

Tico Time does indeed have on-site bathrooms and showers!

This is subject to change, but the only on-site food vendor will be the Tico Time cafe, which will only be open until 6pm. We will hopefully be locking down a food vendor, though!

We have ensured that safe and clean drinking water is available for all our attendees. To help reduce waste and protect the environment, we kindly ask everyone to bring their own water bottles and storage containers.
